I’ve been living in these apts for about two years now & I have no issues at all. Any maintenance request I put in, gets fixed in a timely manner, the management is amazing they’re so professional & nice I love them. The area is quiet, neighbors are even nice in this complex. The Booker is a good apartment complex to move into when you thinking about longevity tbh. Huge shootout to my ladies Stephanie & Mellisa ❤️

If i could give 0 stars i absolutely would . First off they TOW CARS that are registered to not only visitors but tenants who have lived here for YEARS ! You then have to pay to get your car out that was wrongfully towed and you are NOT reimbursed. Also there are ROACHES and they tell you they only spray on tuesdays but NEVER come out to spray . The tenants who live next to you be NASTY and they’re pests come into your home . They charge more for rent than is listed in pricing as well . Just a overall NO ! Lady I’m the office extremely rude and disrespectful and love to voice that she doesn’t care . Unprofessional unsanitary

I would like to take the time and thank stephanie with everything she has done to improve our property we have been tenants bit an completely love the experience. Its clean modern an updated property stays clean due to our great booker team! we love Ms. Stephanie and the compassion she has for her tenants! Thanks again!!!

Well it is partly my fault thinking I was applying for a down stair Apartment but turns out to be upstairs but we are making due. All in all the place is very nice and the other family are somewhat nice. This morning a girl was attacked by a dog not on a leash. Please remind the tenants with dogs to put them on a leash.

The before and after of this property is a complete 180. I visited here over a year ago when my mother was living here and it was fairly nice just older. It was noisy in certain areas but overall not too bad. Now it is under new management and the looks alone is amazing. I loved the newly renovated apartment and the environment the new team has brought in. Melissa helped me through the process and those go my move in date was pushed back due to the renovations, seeing the unit made it worth the wait. She was very patient and kind as well as the other ladies in the office. Each time I reached out there was always someone there to help me.

I’ve heard shooting outside my window, and we were ducking, smh. Bad location, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I don’t care how nice they make it seem! Worst mistake ever! This complex needs to invest in some type of security & quick! With their cheapest 1 bedroom starting at nearly $1400 a month, only because you have a barely updated stove( no flat top) and microwave. The refrigerator is up to date but it doesn’t even have an ice maker. The apartment doesn’t come with a washer or dryer either only connections, but it does have a dish washer. Very flimsy doors, you can literally see holes/ cracks near bottom of door where air can seep through, not secure at all, smh. And to top it all of, yes…..they have roaches……….. :(

The leasing agent I had she was amazing and very helpful while I was trying to get approved and when I did I told her she was a godsend for my granddaughter and my self. She needs a big raise and a bonus. She was amazing.

This property advertise to work with locators but it's been over 3 months since I've been getting the run around without a job to get paid for doing what was asked as a Realtor. Just most recently they hangup on me. It's sad how we are being treated.
